BANANA OAT PANCAKE
Heyyy Food Loverzzzz
I am back with another recipe. I've been pretty busy these days, that's why I am not able to post too much :(
But I am still alive and still here to blog. So the sun is back for a few days and I'm loving it but sadly I can not really enjoy it because I am so busy working and taking driving lessons &&&& writing my essay. But I still feel the summer vibe and love it !!!!
So here's my pancake recipe. Who doesn't love a nice tasty breakfast especially PANCAKE for breaky which isn't that unhealthy. Is there even a person who would say no to pancake ?!
So these are the ingredients I love to use for my morning pancake.
- Oats
- Ripe Banana
- Cinnamon
- Almond milk
- Egg
- Salt

Since I like the combination of saltiness and sweetness I like to add a little bit of salt. But you don't need to if you don't like it.

First of all you need to made oat flour. I use my nutribullet which works super good to grind your oats.

Mash your super duper ripe banana until smooth. Use a ripe banana to get that sweet taste.

So if you have your oat flour and mashed banana ready, you want to put all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Mix all your ingredients with a whisk until it has that thick consistency. Make sure it isn't too watery otherwise add a little bit of oat flour.
So now your ready.
Dose your dough to make sure that your pancake has the size you want it to be at the end. I prefer small and fluffy pancakes (it isn't rlly fluffy, i know hahah). Heat your fry pan which is greased with a little bit of coconut oil and pour a small amount of dough into pan.

When bubbles appear on surface and begin to break, flip the pancake and cook the other side. Repeat this step until your dough is done. You might have 4-6 pancakes which depends on the size you make.
So here we are at the end. Time for some toppings. I used another banana and topped it with a little bit of honey to give it more sweetness. But you can actually use whatever you want.

ENJOY YOUR BREAKYYYY yummmi.
xoxo Tendu!
